How it works

Producers and farms: Selected Italian producers and specialized farms, upload the catalog of their products directly to the site once we have verified the quality and authenticity of the producers present on the platform.

Creating the Profile: Once verified, producers will have their online profile with all the information regarding the company and the products sold, cultivation and preparation methods, quality certifications and sales policies. We will also provide information on availability, prices, minimum order quantities and delivery options.

Buyers: restaurants, , bars, ice cream parlors, specialty food shop  and other interested professional buyers can access the platform and use advanced search tools to find the manufacturers and products that best meet their needs. They can search by product type, region, certifications, quantity, prices, etc.

Buyers can communicate directly with manufacturers via the platform, ask questions, request samples or custom quotes. Once the desired products are selected, they can place orders directly on the site, specifying the quantities and any customization options.

Deliveries, Reviews and Payments: Manufacturers take care of the preparation and shipping of orders directly to buyers. Buyers continue to leave reviews and ratings on the manufacturers and products received, helping to maintain high quality standards on the platform. Payment will be made directly on the site, payment methods can be made by credit card VISA, Mastercard, American Express, SEPA transfer and other different other online payment methods, manufacturers will receive payment directly only after they have delivered the products to buyers.
