The Bacci Noemio Agricultural Company is located in the green heart of Italy, Umbria, in Gualdo Cattaneo, a highly suited territory for olive growing, and has always produced EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL of the highest quality, it is in fact one of the few companies that can boast DOUBLE CERTIFICATION: "ORGANIC AGRICULTURE" and "DOP" UMBRIA.
Born in 1947, it arrived in the FOURTH GENERATION and is one of the first companies to have obtained the ORGANIC certification. The company olive groves extend over an area of 36 hectares with 11,000 olive trees of the varieties “Moraiolo”, “Frantoio” and “Leccino”.
Processing process:
Work at the first stage of sheathing and molite within 24 hours of harvesting. Latest generation ALFALAVAL mill (working capacity of 720 quintals per day with Cold Extraction)
Bottling: ALFATEK plant (cleanroom under nitrogen) with advanced technology that allows optimal preservation of sensory and chemical characteristics (fundamental technique for long-term oil storage) with a working capacity of 1500 bottles/hour.
Labelling: latest generation MONDIAL rotary labeling machine with electronic CAM and electronic centring; working capacity of 2500 bottles/hour
Oil storage: stainless steel tanks under nitrogen placed in rooms equipped with air conditioning system.
The mill and bottling rooms are equipped with air conditioning system (constant temperature controlled throughout the year)
Our Farm is directly able to manage within its property in Gualdo Cattaneo, in Umbria, in the renowned area of the Colli Martani, the entire production process, from the harvest to the crushing of olives, to the storage of oil and bottling. We have been producing extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality since 1947.
