The extra virgin olive oil monocultivar Moresca has a delicate flavor and is produced from the cultivar Moresca making it a much appreciated variety. The olives are harvested in October and the oil is cold extracted through a two-phase continuous cycle. The fruity of the oil has a delicate aroma that can be perceived by smell and taste.
