Officina Nobili Bontà was born in the hills of Piedmont, in Vezza d'Alba (Piemonte / Italy). It is the story of the meeting between women and men animated by a passion for taste, in love with Italy, of master biscottons heirs of the Piedmontese pastry tradition and of producers respectful of nature, involved in the organic supply chain.
They launched a challenge: sharing their passion, tying up tradition and modernity, creating greedy and natural cookies for everyone's pleasure. Our promises: the best ingredients, traditional recipes and a handcrafted manufacturing method.
Each of our recipes has been part of Italian culinary history for decades, and all the ingredients you will find inside our cookies are organic and natural. For the ingredients of our biscuits, we have selected the producers very carefully in order to guarantee you excellence. Among them, many are located near our laboratory in Vezza d'Alba. All the ingredients we use are organic.
