Shipping

  • The Sellers present on Foodigital can make deliveries with their own courier or use the national and international express delivery service of Foodigital. On each type of transport service, the time in days necessary for delivery to the buyer's premises is indicated.
  • Transport costs depend on the type of delivery chosen, the weight / volume of the products purchased, and the place of shipment. For each product you can know the costs of delivery by adding it to the cart. If the products are purchased from different suppliers, a transport charge may be applied for each shipment that departs from the premises of each individual supplier. If available from the cart you can directly simulate the cost of shipping based on the zip code and the area of residence (Country, Province, City)
  • You can track the shipment, if the order has already been shipped, of your order by going into the order detail
  • The products purchased on the Site are delivered to the shipping address indicated by the Buyer during registration on the Site or purchase of the product. Foodigital allows you to make purchases that will be shipped by different Sellers to the address indicated during the conclusion of the order, in any case, due to the logistical availability and the capillarity of the distribution network.
  • The Sellers reserve the right to exclude or limit delivery to certain disadvantaged areas or countries not served for commercial or regulated reasons.
  • The delivery takes place, as indicated in the "order confirmation" and is intended to be made at the time of acquisition, by the Buyer or a third party authorized by him, of the material availability of the products.
  • Upon delivery of the product, the buyer is required to check that the packaging is intact and without signs of damage, tampering or alteration. If this verification is not successful, the Buyer must immediately make the necessary disputes to the courier, refusing the product or accepting it with written reservation on the transport document. In addition, the Buyer must promptly inform the Seller of the incident through Foodigital's Customer care ("Customer Service") in the manner indicated in article 14 below.
  • In case of non-delivery of the products due to the absence of the Buyer, the products will be returned by the courier to the Seller.
