Introduction

FooDIGITALY.it , FooDIGITALY.com and FooDIGITALY.biz("Platform") are managed by TwoSIDE srl as described in the Terms and Conditions  for Buyers, which you accept and subscribe by deciding to register and / or using a service such as the completion of a purchase ("Terms and Conditions") on the Platform,   TwoSIDE srl   acts as a data controller, i.e. it is responsible for the protection of the personal data you provide to take advantage of those precise services or simply when you browse. The processing of your personal data takes place in compliance with the applicable privacy legislation and as described in this statement ("Privacy Policy" and / or even just "Information").

Type and use of personal data collected
In compliance with the Terms and Conditions, to perform the services requested by the user who browses or otherwise uses the Platform, the Data Controller collects and processes the following personal information for the purposes indicated:

Visitors
The data collected are the IP address, domain name, browser version and operating system of the user, traffic data, logs of the Platform.  The data is collected for analysis on the use of the Platform, also by measuring the number of visits, the average time spent on the Platform, the pages viewed, for the purpose of managing and improving the Platform and the services offered.  The processing is of legitimate interest to monitor the use of the site and improve its functionality and contents. 

The following personal data are collected through an online form: Company,  name, surname  and telephone  and e-mail  address. The data is compiled by visitors to the Platform and/  or by  e-mail contact to our customer service to resolve or manage users' requests for information. The processing is necessary to fulfill our  contractual obligation by virtue of the performance of a service requested by or to exercise our rights towards you and/or third parties.

Customers Buyers and various contacts of buyers
Are collected nome, surname, company name of the sole proprietorship and / or professional, VAT number, Tax Code of the owner of the Individual Company, address, telephone number, e-mail address, data necessary for electronic invoicing, delivery address, purchase history of products, address of the customer's point of sale, IP address.  The purpose of the collection is for the following reasons:

a. Creation of the buyer's profile to use the services provided by the Platform as indicated in the Terms and Conditions (e.g. consultation of product pages; purchase of the product from the third seller; access to payment services; etc.);

b. To provide contractual and / or operational and / or managerial information about our services (eg e-mail / SMS Push Notifications / telephone) and updates of the same;

c. To respond to and manage requests for information (Customer Care);

d. To send commercial and promotional communications on products and services provided by the Data Controller through the Platform, also addressed to legal entities, using traditional means (e.g. paper, electronic, telephone) or telematic means (e.g. social, messaging platforms, push notifications, etc.)  subject to the consent of the interested party

e. Fulfillment of legal obligations, regulations, provisions of Authorities legitimated by law;

f. Exercise our rights vs customer or third parties.

g. To monitor and analyze the performance of the Platform and sales volumes.

With regard to points (a) and (c) it is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures and the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the consequent contract;

Potential buyers and contact persons of potential buyers
It is collected after the consent of the interested party given to the Titolare of the platform through special  collection forms. name and  surname, company name of the sole proprietorship and / or professional, VAT number, address, telephone number, e-mail address to send commercial communications on products and services provided by Twoside srl through the Platform, also addressed to legal persons, using traditional means (eg paper mail, electronic, telephone, sms, whatsapp   ) or telematic (e.g. social, messaging platforms, push notifications, etc.).

Personal data required for the performance of a contract, if you do not provide us with your personal data, we may not be able to provide the services requested as indicated above. Similarly, with regard to personal data necessary to comply with a legal obligation, if you do not provide us with your personal data, we will not be able to comply with this obligation. On the contrary, for all data processing to which the user has given his consent, he will have the right to deny or revoke consent at any time without negative repercussions on the contracts that the user has signed with us and / or the services provided to him, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing occurred before the revocation.

Recipients of personal data
The Data are stored on servers located within the EU (European Community) and may be processed by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, as subjects designated to process and appropriately instructed, and / or communicated where necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes to the following categories of recipients: 

• TwoSIDE srl and/or third-party suppliers of IT services, marketing-related services (e.g. call centers, consulting companies), hosting services, sending e-mails / text messages, support for customer care services (e.g. call centers), data analytics and communication services, monitoring and order management services, etc.
• Seller from whom you make the purchase, as better described in the Terms and Conditions for supporting the execution of the purchase services, previous and subsequent phases, requested by the user. Sellers are data controllers, i.e. subjects who independently determine the purposes and means of processing without interference from the Company
• Legal advisors in case of litigation or defense of the owner or third parties
• Public authorities and judicial bodies
• Payment service providers (e.g. Stripe) to execute payments, as well as the performance of statutory checks.

They will provide the platform with services of various kinds and advice relating to the execution of the same, as well as in relation to the operation of the Platform, its performance, its use and the sales made on it, in addition to the technical monitoring of orders for better operational management.  These recipients are responsible for the processing, i.e. they process your personal data on our behalf, following our instructions 

The Platform may contain links to other sites not under our control or subject to this Privacy Policy. If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of those sites may collect information from you that will be used in accordance with their own policies on the processing of personal data, which may differ from ours. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of other operators and for the ways in which they process your personal data. Security of collected data and retention times
We adopt strict security, technical and organizational measures in order to protect your data against unlawful processing by unauthorized parties, destruction or damage, loss of confidentiality, integrity and confidentiality both online and offline. In relation to the processing, we carry out, the user can exercise the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right of opposition, right of cancellation, right of limitation, right to data portability.
